Oh, how the mighty have fallen...

Another one of my good friends recently succumbed to the inexorable urge to settle down and procreate. I was fortunate enough to take off about 12 hours of work to watch the ceremony in person. I basically arrived in and departed from San Diego the same day. Though I only got to spend several hours with my family and several hours with my friends, the hours of sleep I gave up were well worth it.

I'm not going to say much here. I met Wayne and Michelle in medical school (Wayne was actually the very first person I met) and I've known they were going to get married from the moment I met them. Best wishes!! They'll go far.

It was interesting to note that the wedding photographers were solely using digital SLRs to document the event (Canon D60s). My camera certainly didn't stand a chance against them.
