It's Shaun Setty Week - Day 3!

Welcome to the midpoint of Shaun Setty Week on kennyliu.com!!

Oftentimes, when you are on a painful rotation (won't mention any specifics), it's the group of people that you work with that really make or break your experience. For instance, suffering through an arduous seven year residency like neurological surgery would be hell if it weren't for the wonderful residents of neurosurgery (excluding myself; I'm not sure how I got in here).

For pediatric surgery, it was Shaun and Greg that would put a smile on my face when I would take call for three days in a row (involuntarily, I might add). From Saran Wrap to fruit in people's ears, the only way we stayed sane was to be inane, and inane together.

We should take a moment now to appreciate physicians like Dr. Setty, who often takes time from his busy schedule to make fun of other people and offer constructive criticism regarding colonic gas production.

It's cool that he likes Taco Bell, too.
